Dashboard

What it is

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It answers three questions in a few seconds: What needs me right now? How are we doing compared with before? Am I close to any plan limit?

The problem it solves

Without a summary page, you would have to open the Inbox, the campaigns, the contacts and the billing page one after another to find out whether things are going well. Problems (a growing queue, failing automations, a plan about to run out) would be noticed late.

The Dashboard collects the important numbers on one page, compares them with the period before, and shows only what your role is allowed to see.

How the Dashboard works

From top to bottom:

Greeting and open conversations

A line such as "Good afternoon, Sara. There are 3 open conversations right now." The number links to the Inbox.

Getting started checklist

A card with up to seven steps, ticked automatically as you finish them:

  1. Confirm your email.
  2. Choose a plan.
  3. Connect a channel.
  4. Add knowledge.
  5. Test it in the Playground.
  6. Add your contacts.
  7. Invite a teammate.

Each unfinished step has a button that takes you straight to the right page. Click Hide this when you do not need it; the full list stays on Getting started in the navigation (Admins).

Four count tiles

Contacts, Open conversations, Campaigns and Active automations.

Activity

Choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or set From and To dates (up to a year) and press Apply. Every number is compared with the period of the same length just before, shown as a change (for example "+12%"). If the earlier period is empty, it says "Nothing to compare yet".

Number What it means
Messages sent Messages your team, the AI and your automations sent, and how many you received.
New conversations Conversations opened in the period.
New contacts People added in the period.
First response (median) How long customers wait for the first reply of any kind, the AI included. The median is the middle value, so a few slow outliers do not distort it.
Resolved by AI Conversations the AI handled without a person having to step in. The higher, the better your knowledge base.
AI runs Successful AI calls, with their estimated cost and tokens.

Charts

Five charts for the period, each with a Show data table button that switches the chart to a table (handy for screen readers and for copying numbers):

  • Message volume
  • Opened vs resolved conversations
  • AI tokens
  • Contact growth
  • Automation runs (completed and failed)

Panels

  • Conversations by status: how many are with the AI, with a person and closed, and how many are open or waiting on the customer.
  • Recent conversations: the latest ones, each linking to the Inbox.
  • Channel mix: which channels customers use.
  • Campaign delivery: sent, delivered, read and failed across your campaigns.
  • Team: for each person, conversations resolved, replies and median first reply.
  • Recent campaigns and Scheduled next: what went out and what is coming.
  • Plan usage: bars showing how much of each plan limit you have used (team members, channels, contacts, automations, AI spend, conversations this month, and any other limits your plan sets). See Plans and Billing.

The charts and panels load a moment after the page, with grey placeholders while they do.

What Agents see

Agents get a smaller Dashboard about their own work: their assigned conversations, their replies and their own response time. They do not see workspace totals, spending, the team panel or plan usage.

Where are the reports?

Detailed, exportable reports are on their own pages under Reports in the navigation: Inbox performance, Campaigns, Automations and Usage Report. See Reports.

Good to know

  • Numbers use your workspace time zone (Settings, Workspace). A day starts and ends at local midnight.
  • Your plan may set an AI usage per month limit. When it is used up, the AI stops answering until the next month or until the plan is upgraded.
  • Charts group by day, in UTC, so a workspace far from UTC may see a day's edge counted in its neighbour.

Common questions

Why is "Resolved by AI" lower than I expected? A conversation counts as resolved by the AI only if no person had to step in. Add the missing content to your knowledge base and the number goes up.

The chart is flat. No messages were sent or received on those days.

"First response" shows a dash. There were no first replies in that period yet.

Where did the checklist go? You hid it. Open Getting started in the navigation to see it again.
